Cranberry Orange Relish
Make a delicious dessert or breakfast by stirring in plain yogurt.
Ingredients
Directions
- Slice unpeeled orange into eight pieces; remove any seeds.
- Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container.
- Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
- Repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges slices.
- Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.
- Allow flavors to meld about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
- Note: you can make this with sugar substitute, like Splenda lowering the calorie count.

Reviews
I use about 1/3 cup sugar. I don't peel the orange, I just whir it up, skin and all.
I make about 20 batches of this in the fall, enough to last me the rest of the year. I eat a bit of it almost every day; usually in a yogurt smoothie or on ice cream. Good stuff. Freezes well.
