I've stalled right at 246-250, been about a week, maybe two..Supposedly, this is normal. However, I'm going to attempt a 7 day 'fat fast' starting Monday. Consisting only of the Buttered Keto coffee, with MCT oil once or twice a day. Along with apple cider vinegar w/ lemon (ad a wee bit of Pink salt) the rest of the day. Hopefully, this will push me into deep Ketosis. Also, will start a three day workout routine , mostly bodyweight and kettle bell exercises.
Sometime next by the end of the month, I'll do a five day Dry fast again. My goal is to lose around 20-30lbs by the end of the month (moon shot). So I can get back on schedule.
