Just returned early this a.m. after a week-long cruise. Did alot of walking and ALOT of eating! Did not stay on program one little bit! Have gotten back on track today, though. Am probably going to skip my weigh-in again this week so I won't be totally discouraged. I've missed journaling and checking in with all of you.
I hope I can get focused again. Could easily slide the other way. I think once I get rested up (can you believe I need to rest after being on vacation for a week???) I'll be able to make better choices.
