I read something a while back about being careful to not drink your calories. Of course plain water is the best for you and you really should aim to take in at least 64 oz per day. If you really want something else the Crystal Light isn't too bad, and diet soda is good if you have a soda craving. Tea and coffee don't have alot of calories but be careful what you put in them. Splenda or Sweet & Low are probably your best options for sweeteners (pricewise). By not "drinking" your calories you can lose as much as 10 pounds in a year.
