Wow it has been a good couple of days
Eat all my meals, drank all my water and did all my steps!

Went to see the nutritionist
I am down 7.5 since my last visit!

Feb 16th was my first visit
Not quite 4 months and down
Over 40 lbs...

Very proud of my accomplishments
