I am going to eliminate sugar's, alcohol and starches. I have dieted most of my life and when I don't watch it, I tend to creep up on the weight. Last year at this time I weighed 135 lbs. I am going to break down this weight loss in small goals: May 17th - 144.2 lbs - 9 lbs. June 14th - 138.6 lbs. - 15.6 lbs. (Additional 6.6 lbs.) June 28th - 135 lbs. - 18.2 lbs (Additional 3.6 lbs.) I want to weigh 135 lbs. before July 4th (June 28th) and then try to lose an additional 6 lbs before labor day weekend to take my maintenance weight to 129 lbs. I will need to work out 5 days a week - by doing 3 cardio sessions and 2 weight training sessions each week to help to get to this goal.
