Morning everyone, day 4 of being back on the calorie counting, determined not to weigh myself till Monday but the temptation is there to see if I’ve lost anything up to now... No gym yesterday as I ended up working 13hrs and really didn’t feel like it but will be going today as I’ll be back much earlier 👍 Have a good day whatever you’re all doing 😊
