Saturated fat 0g & trans fat 0 g. Actually its 20 g. Carbohydrate. I thought it was less, but only 110 calories

WOE = way of eating. Atkins/Keto prefers to use WOE instead of diet, similar to the way people use lifestyle changes instead of getting in shape. Supposed to instill the fact that it isn’t a temporary change.

I have to reasses what im eating on keto. I kinda went flack on my vacation. Vac ended today & its back to cleaning houses. I got a call & have 7 clients now which i will be busy. Some arent every week thank god!
