As someone who now drinks their coffee black, I'm sometimes looking for ways to add a little something with out adding a ton of calories. I read somewhere yesterday about putting cinnamon sticks in with the grinds while it brews to give it some flavor...and it's delicious!!

I put cinnamon (ground) in my coffee every day. Today I added 1 Tbsp of 100% cocoa powder for 10 calories. I also add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. It’s pretty good.

Harddays--I've put a dash here and there in my coffee but never brewed it with cinnamon sticks.. It never crossed my mind

Your doing yourself some good by using cinnamon. Whether its cinnamon sticks or powder, cinnamon is one of those items which is presumed to activate the body into losing weight. Research the benefits of cinnamon, persons may be surprised on the findings. Good luck, wishing you more success and happiness in finding food items or supplementation that works well for you....! ;)
