Well, didn't cancel my Nutrisystem order in time. Now I have a month of the food to get thru.

NS worked well at the beginning - I lost over 30 lbs. I found most of the food flavorful and enjoyable. It was great because it helped me meet my goal to fit comfortably in a plane seat for the long flight down under to visit family.

When I got back, I hit a plateau and the repetitive nature of the meals bored me to the point of not wanting to eat the food any more. Not saying I don't get into ruts about eating the same foods for a few weeks in a row. With the NS food offerings, it is like going to the same restaurant every day. You know your likes and dislikes, but if you want a different taste or texture, there are no options, or they are severely limited.

I would rather learn to eat right from the large menu that is available naturally and have unlimited variety when I want to change.
