Well this morning I gave in to temptation and for the first time in months had.....baked beans! They were so good!! Especially when eaten with bacon, eggs, tomato and mushrooms. Doubrie I went gluten free three years ago as advised by a lovely Chinese doctor, as I had massive hair loss. Going gluten free actually stopped it in its tracks, the added bonus being my IBS symptoms disappeared overnight! Enjoy your last night and safe journey home! Happy Saturday everyone!
