i ate cake last night CAKE!! been 121 days since i had anything sweet like that... i didn't even know how to write it in for calories so anyways i just needed to get that out yesterday cake for my son 6th birthday and then tomorrow i am hoping for another cheat meal then going back all in but even healthier with food than the last four months one day at a time is really all you can do i guess i am hoping to be 290 by Wednesday even after eating badly lol but i cant even weigh because my husbands truck broke and he has to drive the family car so i havent gotten to go to zumba or to the gym ive done some exercise at home but its just not the same to me for some reason its like you dont even go at it as hard but owell better than nothing i guess. hope everyone has a satisfying Saturday!

Good for you! on the 121 days and allowing yourself to have and enjoy the cake! Be proud of yourself on both accounts. I'm always saying 'do good things for yourself' and enjoying a bit of cake at a special time is enjoying life and that is doing good things for yourself. Keep it all up cuz from that attitude your words convey you so gots this!
