Felt deprived and ended up having a feast on Raspberries during Saturday.

Lesson learned:
Better without Raspberries.

Many of the bad things with my health came back. Difficulty with getting to sleep. Restless legs, aching body and knee. Anxiety. Wake up with a feeling of bad sleep. Really notice these things when having been free from this for over a week.
Raspberries hereby put on the Do-not-buy list.
