i try to stay at a 1500 calorie diet, however today i went a smidge above. i always try to log all food, and drink. no matter if its water, or whatever. today was the 3rd crazy day in a row for me. im so busy when i go to bed, i still wake up exhausted. so i thought a few extra calories might help. so hoping for a better morning. my gardens looking good though. 😁
