I'm back up to about 221. Last weekend started a week of "kind of" dieting. Sometimes I feel good about what I know I should be doing and other times I just want to go eat at the chinese buffet...UGH! I have continued to walk daily...which is probably the only thing that has kept me around 220. I really need to get back to eating right. I'm so sick of salads and zucchini noodles. I'm trying to find some variety, with only a little luck. Planning to get back on the wagon on monday. I'd like to lose at least 10 more pounds before getting pregnant....20 would be better though. Wish me luck ;)
