Another good day.....Followed plan exactly, exercised. This is the start of week 2 and I can't believe how well it is going. Must be this whole fatsecret site and the people who check in. I love it and hope it continues. I have had other diets that start good too, so a little worry is in the back of my mind. I need to get more recipes for bean soup and get enough protein in the diet.
