I haven't updated my calories/exercise for a week because I was sick. But, if you want to lose weight the "Easy" way, just go get yourself a stomach flu for a week!!! Of course I am kidding..... sort of. I did lose about 5 lbs from it, but I wouldn't wish that kind of sickness on anyone!!! UGH!
Back to the daily grind, I'm goig to try to get back in the habit of recording food/exercise when I get back into the habit of... eating food and exercising. :D Feeling much better, but not really 100% yet so I'm not going to beat myself up for not tracking properly this week. At least I know I wasn't over ;)
