🙋🏻♀️ I sometimes avoid it, most times I make sure what I snack on is healthy. Better a handful of veg crudités with guacamole than the biscuit tin. It takes effort to prepare but if you ask yourself “is it worth it?” You’ll soon get there. All the best!

Oh! And take a drink instead of snacking. Water is best. A little squash if you must. Green or herb teas. I hope you conquer it (and come back and advise the rest of us on what works!) 👍🏻

As I'm now over ten weeks into this way of eating, it rarely happens but I always have a handful(approx. 30g) of nuts on standby. Brazils, almonds, cashews, walnuts and hazlenuts are the better ones :)

Thanks for you're comments but I failed last night and gave in to temptation. I think the trick is not to be so hard on ourselves just try to have a little of what you fancy and don't beat yourself up about it. Tomorrow is another day.

I find keeping occupied is essential. It’s mind games! I love drawing and art and can get totally absorbed in that. Also if I feel I want to snack I just get out of the kitchen so I’m not in reach of anything!

evenings are the worst for cravings. you could push your meal times back, eat later. or buy some healthy snacks like rice cakes, grapefruit or an Alpen bar.
