I decided today to skip my morning coffee, I don't know but today now I'm having a pounding headache.. I'm thinking it maybe because of the stupid coffee :/

same happens to me if I don't have my dosage of caffeine in the morning

If you typically have caffeine every day, caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches if you skip a day.
