Selamat merayakan ibadah Puasa u/teman2 semua yg merayakan..
semoga puasanya dilancarkan dan dapat pahala yg berlimpah. 😊💪

tetap on track ya defisit kalori nya biar nanti tidak ada dendam antara km sama makanan lebaran.
jgn lupa konsumsi lemak dan protein dipagi hari. supaya perut lebih lama tahan lapar dan mood terjaga dengan baik , jgn lupa minum air yg banyak. stay hydrated.
