How do u manage to have 0 carbs. What do you eat and drink 😳

I also was very pleased with myself to be quite honest.. I only had bulletproof coffee in the morning, then I had fried steak (with coconut oil) for dinner.. that was it..

At least have leafy greens Nkulz, balance is key. Follow Dr Eric Berg on youtube he follows a keto diet

I do have that on a daily basis, if u could check all my posts.. It's only yesterday, I was also shocked cos I was too busy to eat, so when I got the chance to eat, i was very tired to prepare a meal, so I just grabbed the steak and went to bed🤦🤦 but I'm glad cos I wasn't that hungry

Yes, everything we eat has some carbs, but on Keto, the more fat u eat the lesser ur carbs 😄😄

Bestest way.... You need 2 things. 1. Plate ; 2. Slab of good quality steak to fill the Plate. <no other sides or salads or snacks with or cream or sauces. Just a well marinaded steak>. Job done.
