清燉牛腱湯,很好吃喔😋

就白蘿蔔半顆,紅蘿蔔ㄧ顆洋蔥ㄧ顆,薑3-4片,蔥1-2根魯包兩個,調味就看你自己,我是加胡椒跟鹽巴,肉要多ㄧ些,要不然會變牛肉蔬菜湯,不過也不錯吃,蔬菜要先放,肉要燙過湯滾後在放肉,我是選牛腱肉,蔥是起過半小時之前才放,大概煮了一個半小時快2小時,肉超好吃的,你上網查ㄧ下,大概是這樣
