之前在國外吃到牛排搭配切半煎軟的小蕃茄 味道真的很搭 後來回家自己作過 換成鮭魚也不錯吃

半煎烤蕃茄應該會很搭,我都用大的牛蕃茄做成沙拉沒想到要這樣搭配...下次試試...😋😋

我也是用大的牛番茄做沙拉,不過我都會稍微煮過或蒸過在切塊(不去皮)除沙拉醬(或是鮪魚罐頭)外再淋MCT油
