When adding exercise to the daily diary do any of you count steps too? I’m asking because I’ve done about 9500 today and burned about 400 calories according to the app on my phone

I wish I could. I'm not allowed to wear any kind of jewellery,fit bit ect because of my job. I put like standing and walking :) I think you should record it 👍

Can’t help, I’m afraid - I use my Fitbit 24/7 and sync calories burned via the app link.

Hi I’m looking for advise as I just joined , the app says I burn 510 cal when sleeping and 1051 during the day , how is this possible? Any advise welcome

Hi Pixitrash, the whole being alive, functioning as a human being, keeping your organs running and using oxygen etc is the reason you will burn calories even whilst asleep or just laying still, move more and you’ll burn more fuel, using more calories.
