BB sekarang 93.25kg, target 60kg, udah percah diet debm dan dca4l tapi aku stop karena penyakit alergi telor, mungkin udah overdosis makan telor, dan aku gamau sakit kayak gini lagi. semoga bisa mencapai target walaupun slow tapi sehat
