Had a great walk this morning despite the heat! Just birdsong, cockerels crowing and the baby turkeys fighting were the sounds we heard. The air was scented with wild herbs, exotic flowers and the occasional whiff of goat! Going to miss all this although I am happy to be going home. Meeting friends this afternoon for a meal out so made some coconut flour one minute bread to take with me so I am not tempted by pitta, fries, etc. Breakfast was Greek yogurt with strawberries and lunch was bacon and village sausage with tomatoes, both low carb. Happy weekend everyone!
