Mau nanya dong cara hitung bmr sama tdee gimana.Trus cara pola makan nya gimana biar diatasi bmr trus di bawa tdee?

@margretthalovsa menghitung BMR masing-masing pribadi bisa pakai BMR/TDEE calculator. Coba googling deh, ada website tentang itu. Termasuk TDEE juga. @kartikasari21 sungguh ungkapan hatiku menyatakan bahwa tiada penyesalan atas perbuatan memakan semua itu... 😂😂😂😂😂 #supercheatday #setelahberabadtakmakankue
