Me too. The weight is slowly coming off, but what I am doing is something I could do forever... not like me white-knuckling it for 6 months! Keep up the good work!

Just had to comment again, love it eatolive4life n lynowen that’s the hardest thing for some to understand, It’s not a 6 month or a yr program. I’m sure glad I understood the first time around

500 calories a day less then how much you use will lead to at least a pound loss a week that's the way I did it.
