The Dieter's Prayer

Please give me the strength to get thru this workout.
Protect my body from injury from the workout.
Provide the will to walk pass the donuts in the break room at work.
Please give me the knowledge to find the next best recipe of a tasty meal that fits into the limited calories per day.

Or just get me thru today!
