Since I have been doing nothing different except not eating fruit, I must conclude that my body cannot handle that part of OWL. I even ate out this week and had the leftovers for lunch yesterday and still lost weight. It is very very weird. It seems I can add an alcoholic beverage, nuts very, very rarely, but not strawberries. Hell. I am about to go on a cruise and the only thing that would make the meal special would be having delicious fruit for dessert. I may eat it anyway and chance a weight gain. I will exercise on board.
