Much better than last week's weigh in. I did cut back on the calories a little more but carbs and insulin still a bear to adjust. I switched my insulin injections up a bit to 3 smaller shots per day instead of the one in Morning and one in evening. Seems to keep my BG more stable that way.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
