Ok,in a day, I’m in an plane for four hours. Leave at nine. Should I starve the journey and lose ~1kg~0.5kg or eat? PLEASE TELL ME

Fruit and fibre biscuit is always the best option!

I always bring a little plastic box of nuts celery chopped up dates and raw carrotts . Then if I get hungry I have bits with me to stave off bad choices and temptation. Drink tonnes of water ... and get up to walk the plane. Keeping circulation going is very important. I very often go to the rear of the plane and balance on one foot doing circular exercises . It helps!
