i will mever understand dieting, exercise, heat, and my body. i have an awful time with swelling and water weight, also have trouble with gastritis, gerd,and ibs. i have lactose intolerance which helps with ibs, although it causes gas. anyhow I've had an awful week with bloat, and swelling. scales were reporting 318.6 overnight, so swelled i could barely walk. today spent whole day swimming and grilling out, playing with kids, still feel a bit swollen but scales say 310.2. gonna check tomorrow and try to weigh in. going to heart doctor on the 7th, hoping they put me back on the water pill.
