Spicy shredded beef i made in the slow cooker last night. I went to buy a bone in roast, and they were $40+. I said no way, grabbed a $10 no bone chuck roast and a package of large beef joint bones at $4. They add all the flavor and it's way cheaper that way.

It's super easy, just put the beef, jalapenos, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, seasonings and beef broth in - turn it on low and walk away for 8 hours. I then remove the meat & veggies into a smaller pan, then add hot sauce to it. It's great with shredded lettuce and cheese.
