So today I went to the gym and my AWESOME trainer Lea showed me what I am (fitness wise) and what my goals should be. She even asked me on a triathlon team!!!! Weird. My only reservation to that would be that I don't finish.
So these are the stats that she took today.
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 282lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 47%
Basal Metabolic Rate: 43.0

Goal:
Weight: 225
Body fat %: 32%
BMI: 34.3
Pounds of fat lost: 60lbs
Pounds of muscle gained: 3lbs
And this will be on August 18, 2008 that these goals are achievable by!!!!!

I am so excited. My trainer will email later today on what the triathlon is all about. Anyway I go back to see her on Wed at 6 am. Yawn! I am excited. I will be going to the gym every morning at that time now. So yup excited.

Congratulations on the trainer! It will change your life, I guarantee it... I've been training since Nov 2007 and have discovered that I can do things physically that I would have never dreamed of! Your confidence will skyrocket~ just remember to always be positive and try not to talk bad to yourself & you will be fabulous! I would totally go for the triathlon! Even if you only finish half, that's half more than if you didn't try at all, right? You can do it~ believe in yourself!
