aku kalo lagi pasif banget hampir gaada kegiatan sekitar 1500kkal
kalo ada kegiatan tapi gaterlalu aktif 1600-1700kkal
kalo sambil olahraga sekitar 1900-200kkal
bmrku kalo pasif 1300an
kalo lumayan aktif 1600an
kalo aktif banget 1900
tdeeku kalo pasif 2000
kalo aktif 2300 keatas

Aku ga permah ngitungin kalori yg dibakar, kak. Plg sering yoga 10-20mnt. Klo rajin bs lebih dr itu. Itu jg udah homyos keringetan
