Whenever my dad sees me put ketchup on eggs, he tells disparagingly me that only Texans do that. It's a joke. We live in Texas.

Well my mom was from Massachusetts and I was born in Ohio and I always put ketchup on my eggs. I still would but the sugar content is too much. Learned to eat without them.

I eat this everyday its 5 whole eggs with a cup of greek yogurt and yea thats why i get the reduced sugar ketchup because ketchup is kinda high on sugar. I am mexican tho and i always get told its weird that i like my eggs with ketchup. I switch from ketchup and hot sauce on and off to not get bored with the taste

I have high cholesterol so one egg is 200 mg. I eat egg substitute now and try to keep my cholesterol intake to below 200mg daily. Kudos to all who can eat eggs. I miss the yoke😢
