Just finished day 3 of P90 or for me it's looking like it's going to be P180 lol I seem to miss a every other day. Today became some kind of super protein day dunno why but it did :/ now having a shake to keep me pumped lol Lost a bit more that 300lb barrier is creeping ever closer but the real key for me is to get under 280 can't remember last time I was that size probably about 19/20 I'm 21'9 now so hopefully by September I can be somewhere near that goal :) for that to happen I'm gunna need more P90 and less P180 though :P
