So I have decided that I am going to start my diet Monday. Then, our guests will be gone and I can focus on changing my eating habits once and for all! I am giving myself 5 months to complete my goal (to lose 30 lbs!). By then, my hubby will be leaving for Iraq (or Afghanistan they're saying now) and I'll be able to take pics for him to go over with ;) I'm not looking forward to another deployment but I know its part of my job as an Army wife. I need to learn not to be an emotional eater! That's my goal... :)
