cheat day. It was supposed to be yesterday but my neighbors' birthday was yesterday so we went out for yogurt tonight. It's so hard to get myself to eat over 2000 calories but I need to do it without guilt and just enjoy myself. I dropped down below 132 this morning. A very temporary situation. I'll probably be up above 133 again tomorrow and for the next week. I can already see - once again I'll lose the weight and then have to fight to not lose too much. It's always an issue. And fighting to not lose too much causes me to start gaining again. I have to just hope that at 51 I know better. All I have to do it continue to weigh myself regularly and adjust my eating. Not difficult. Not even unpleasant. I just have to remember to do it. Of course I know when I'm gaining I won't want to weight myself, but it sure beats going on another diet!
