Sabar yaa.. insya Allah seiring bb turun, lemak turun, ukuran seluruh tubuh (termasuk betis sama paha) bakalan ikut turun a.k.a lebih kecil juga.. klo cewek disesuaikan sama body shape masing-masing lagi kan ada yg lower body nya lebih berisi daripada upper body nya
