sepiring ini hanya 130 kalori (1/4 cheese non fat ,3 cup lettuce ,1 medium boiled egg)Dibanding 1 granola bar 120-180kal.Dulu sblm pake fs ga itung2n,aneh knp kiloan stuck,pdhl cuma cemilin granola bar .Eh tau nya , sekali makan bisa 4 bungkus+makanan lain
