The sad part is I didnt eat the potatoes 🥔😔 cant have to much cards, i am so over this carbs thing lol.

Yummy! We do omelets for breakfast every week at least twice and fried eggs too. My wife started the Baptist hospital diet so now we do boiled eggs. I change mine to deviled eggs, she can have the boiled eggs........unless I pickle them in pickled beet juice❤️
