I successfully lost a lot of weight in 2017 on Banting. Gained 5kg and lots of centimeters once I stopped exercising. Depression and a self destruct attitude got me here. Back on the wagon with a Keto approach. Took me weeks to Focus and set a starting date. Over analyzing everything but I know with time I will settle in again. Done Cohen, Banting and now Keto. Wish I could just make this a lifestyle until I drop dead. Guess I need to learn that cheats are not suppose to be a every 2nd day🙄
