So far so good...although this is alot of food to eat...sometimes I feel too full... but my counceler assured me that it was ok and that this is just to stick with it! So here goes...I will know my progress today when I weigh in. Good Luck to me.. I have noticed the difference in my pants size as they are gettin much looser all over! :)
