After typical Carb flu (terrible headache for 4 days) I now feel exhausted, weak, shaky , dizzy spells and Brain fog! Luckily not grumpy(out of character). Up fluids and salt...feel slightly better. At least it feels if inflammation in joints are beginning to subside. I almost had a Buttermilk rusk in my hand...I am so proud I actually CAN resist in my very few first days. Think I should call myself the Can-Can girl!
