Good idea, I am going to try that. Little pasta, lots of veggies and protein. Genius.

I have a personal trainer that is getting me back on track for mucle building, so the carbs must be 50g or less, but lots of protiens and fat, i have been loosing weight just by removing carbs. 👍🏻🙏🏻

whole wheat pasta is more filling.

Looks delicious! I mix whole wheat thin spaghetti with zoodles.

spaghetti squash is good alternative I think.

I love angel hair pasta! But can tend to over do it (eating not cooking) & yes Spaghetti squash is a good alternative.
