分開來吃的,早上買菜時先吃了地瓜,回來後會11點前才烤胚芽吐司和培根起司吃

原來是補碳日。😛 其實首先,不知是補碳日怕妳碳水過多。😝 其次,吐司🍞和地瓜🍠比起來,地瓜高纖又是優質澱粉,吐司精緻麵粉又添加油又添加糖的,所以要建議你地瓜配培根啊。😁

原來如此,家人這兩天早餐都是吃吐司看得我也好想吃,正好剩一片趕緊烤來吃,烤得時候正好在忙還烤焦了!
