Was diagnosed with diabetes 2 last week, as well as non existing Vit D level, iron deficiency and low Vit B level, and hi cholesterol! At least now I know why I have gained so much weight! But, I am also embarrased as this is a lifestyle disease. Currently I need to take meds and a once a day injection, but the biggest change will be the lifestyle changes that needs to be made. Wish me luck so I can get this done
