So out of pure curiosity does anyone know any exercises or any good tips on how to get your belly flat. It’s the one thing I have always been very very self-conscious about is my belly just curious thanks

I've had some success by eliminating the processed sugars, managing the stress in my life, and doing a water aerobic routine that is in deep water with lots of 45 degree angle abs work. Basically diet, excersise and emotional health helps reduce that belly fat. Wish you luck in your pursuit.

I knew diet is the number one thing..I guess I just need to practice patience lol!

At Planet Fitness, they had us do planks for about 30 seconds each repition to strengthen our core. They are hard. I have done them since that one time.

Yes, patience is the answer. I do 100 sit-ups everyday, but it is usually the last place that gets thin.

For the upper abs: try sucking it in and holding the pose, repeat several times a day. For lower abs, try hanging leg raises and twisted leg raises.
